By Booking, You Agree to Honor Our Policies

ENTRY | ALARM SYSTEMS & KEYS Though it is not necessary to be present during cleanings (we actually prefer you aren't so when you return, you WOW your senses by the feel and smell of a CleanAF space!), if there is an alarm, please make sure we are able to disarm it, and reset upon departure. We also require any information, such as key location or code(s), needed to access the job. We do not offer key-holding services; we apologize for any inconvenience. Please note, there is a $50 lockout fee should we arrive for a scheduled appointment and are unable to gain access within 15 minutes. APPOINTMENTS | CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Life can be unpredictable and we totally understand needing to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. In order to take care of all our clients and staff, we respectfully ask for a call, text or email as early as possible, should a conflict arise. This allows us to promptly reschedule your cleaning and/or fill the spot. Please note there is a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee without giving us a 24-hour notice. WORK | SATISFACTION PROMISE Our mission is to make every space we enter feel and smell #CleanAF (Clean And Fresh). If following one of our cleans you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us by calling or texting 225-523-6555 (CALLAF-OKKK) or email info@cleanafforyou.com. When notified within 24 hours of your clean, we will do our very best to promptly resolve any concerns. PAYMENT | CHECK, CASH, VENMO, ZELLE, & CREDIT CARD Please note all payments are due upon completion of service(s) unless other payment arrangements were made at time of booking. For all new clients, a $50 deposit is due at time of booking and will be applied to the remaining balance due at completion. We accept cash, checks, and various forms of electronic payments. Electronic payments are made via credit card through customer portals (processing fee added); Zelle using our contact information above; Venmo to @CleanAF4U; Cash and Check payments can be left on kitchen counter (commercial cleanings, please hand directly to cleaner if possible) with checks made out to Clean AF. FEES | SMOKING & PETS ETC When providing quotes online, it's not possible to know the exact condition of each property we clean. In every case however, we are non-judgmental and always give our best. To ensure we have enough time to make EVERY space CleanAF, we reserve the right to charge fees up to $150 for properties smoked in, excessive pet hair/excrements, biohazards etc
