CleanAF may be new to the scene, but we are NOT new to the game. With over 25 years of friendship, we know each other deeply and acknowledge each of our skills and goals. Our combined experience runs deep in cleaning and organizing, customer service, finances, design, communications, and marketing. After working together on previous cleaning ventures, we decided it was time to pull our expertise together and set out on a mission to serve others through honest, quality cleaning and top-notch customer service.

Hourly Starting Between $17.00 - $23.00 (+ tips)
(Paid weekly and dependant on experience)
Paid Drive Time
60 Day Pay Raise Based on Performance
Annual Bonuses Based on Company Profits

Available 20+ Hours a Week (Can include weekdays, nights and weekends, depending on your availability)

What areas do you serve?We serve the southside of Hampton Roads and into North Carolina.

Do I have to sign a contract?Well, depends. Are we cleaning your home? Then NOPE! However, we do require a $50 deposit for all new clients that goes towards your first clean. If signing up for maintenance cleans, scheduling/billing will continue until canceled. We respectfully ask for at LEAST a 24 hour notice when cancelling services. Are we cleaning your business? Then, it is likely. Commercial work typically means an increase of liability, and to cover all the bases, contracts are usually needed. In our experience, businesses tend to require them for insurance as well.

What if I'm unhappy with my clean?We want ALL our clients to be happAF with our services! If you are unhappy with your cleaning for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do everything we can to resolve your concerns.

Will I always have the same cleaner?We know the benefits of relationship building and trust. We value our clients AND staff and how knowing what they can expect from each other makes the process almost seamless. So, we do our VERY best to keep the same cleaner, or two, assigned to specific properties. However, keeping in mind our staff are humans with lives outside of CleanAF, there are sometimes unpredictable circumstances that require a shift in schedules. We greatly appreciate your grace and patience when these situations arise.

Are cleaners allowed to get tips?Absolutely. In fact, it makes their day to feel appreciated and their hard work, valued. Not to mention, life is expensive these days and every bit helps!
